Substitute Teacher

Health Advocates Network is seeking a Substitute Teacher to work at a Facility in Baltimore, MD. This is a registry position with our company.

Pay Rate: $35 - $40 / hour

Shifts Details:

• Monday through Friday 8am-4pm

Job Summary:

Staff Today a division of Health Advocates Network is seeking qualified and reliable Substitute Teachers to fill in for regular classroom teachers on an as-needed basis. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, following lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, and ensuring the safety and well-being of students.

Responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher and ensure continuity of instruction

• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment

• Provide instruction and support to students as needed

• Communicate with school staff and administrators regarding any issues or concerns

• Uphold school policies and procedures at all times

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)

• Teaching certification or substitute teaching permit

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels

• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling
