Colleges push for more resources to support prison education programs

DAYTON, Ohio -- Learning societal rules about touching and personal space is the lesson of the day in Heidi Arnold's interpersonal communications class. “How many of you were raised in a touchy-feely house?” she asks her class of 17 women.
