This role's responsibilites involve 70% of teacher training and 30% of curriculum develop. So we are looking for an execellent candidate both in helping teachers cultivate their skills and knowledge and designing course objectives, layout, and flow.
Trainer Part Responsibilities:
Design effective training programs
Select and book venues
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
Support and mentor new employees
Keep attendance and other records
Manage training budgets
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Monitor employee performance and response to training
Build upon current curriculum to meet the needs of students based on their strengths
Curriculum Developer Part Responsibilities:
Developing a curriculum framework for future offerings
Designing course objectives, layout, and flow
Researching and selecting new subject areas for future course offerings
Creating assessments that test specific learning goals
This role belongs to the curriculum development team, they work standard office hours, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:Essential Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in education (elementary), linguistics, English or related fields
2+ years previous experience in teaching
Advanced coursework in second language acquisition, especially in children
In-depth knowledge of the national curriculum of any English-speaking country
Proven experience as teacher trainer
