Position Summary

Lynn College of Nursing is known internationally for its dedication to Caring: expanding the science, practicing the art, studying the meaning, and living it day-to-day. We offer four-degree programs (BSN, MSN, DNP and PhD) with curricula that are unique and caring-based.

Essential Functions:- Works directly on pursuing the FAU Strategic Plan 2025 particularly as it relates to the "Boldness" strategic goal (a uniquely competitive and globalized student body).- Teaching and coordination of simulation activities and practice lab.- The expected teaching load will be either clinical or didactic courses and will include supervising students at clinical sites for the College of Nursing's undergraduate and graduate programs.- You may also be assigned research or service as needed.

This position will work on the Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing.

Doctorate Degree.

Transcripts

The selected candidate for this position is required to submit an official transcript sent directly from the institution for the Provost's credential file prior to the first day of employment. Similarly, for degrees from outside the United States, the evaluation by an organization belonging to the National Association of Credential Evaluation (NACES), with an indication of the documents the evaluation was prepared from (official transcripts, diplomas, dissertation abstracts) is required for the Provost's credential file prior to the first day of employment. Transcripts must be issued to Florida Atlantic University, not to the individual applicant.
