What You'll Get to Do:
Technical proficiency with the Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) II, and AIM Content Planning Module (CPM)/LO Module software
Research technical material and work with subject matter experts
Implement adult learning theory into design deliverables, courseware, and supplemental training materials
Identify and select the appropriate learning media to meet learning needs
Possess in-depth knowledge (5-10 years) of Naval Education and Training Center (NETC) curriculum and media development (End-to-End) processes and tools
Develop training FEA materials (IMS, TSD, IPRD, JDTA, FEA, BCA)
Conduct JDTA Workshops to determine the appropriate levels of work
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Instructional Systems Design or Adult Education or Navy Training Specialist with 7+ years of experience developing courseware
Current "Secret" level security clearance
