Job Description Summary:
The Senior Instructional Designer will be a learning subject matter expert that can create and lead others to build engaging Rocket Software technology learning experiences. They will lead small teams, striving to inspire, support and empower others.
They will receive project goals, executing upon sprints and stories. They will work closely with members from many disciplines in a multicultural international setting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify learning needs from business strategy
Take the lead in designing learning models
Influence ways of working of team
Coach and mentor Associates
Conduct analysis of learners needs and context.
Experience & Qualifications:
8+ years of instructional design & development.
Advanced knowledge of eLearning tools.
Advanced knowledge of multimedia capture and authoring tools.
Project management tools
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Core Capabilities :
Scrum Master skills
Coaching & mentoring.
The base salary range for this role is $91,564.33 - $114,455.50 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
