The Logistics/Finance SME - Course Reviewer works with an assigned Instructional Systems Specialist in developing and reviewing finance and total quality management instructional material.
Provide subject matter expertise to assist with courseware development.
Coordinate educational content and incorporate current technology into instruction to provide guidelines to educators and instructors for developing curricula and conducting courses.
Review completed courseware and instructional material to ensure it meets prescribed directives.
Develop and review educational assessments and exercises to evaluate student performance.
Troubleshoot and provide feedback on courseware development.
Interpret compliance policy and standards for curriculum design and documentation for training conducted.
Use appropriate industry and government standards and specifications.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in related discipline required.
Experience in designing and developing instructional coursework materials is required.
3+ years of related experience in the areas of:
Total Quality Management
Secret clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
2+ years of experience working in a logistical military environment beneficial, but not required.
Financial education, management, and/or accounting experience strongly desired.
Knowledge of one or more subjects or occupations in which educational training instruction is provided.
Advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal English language.
Ability to multi-task in a high-performance based environment.
Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
