    We are seeking Instructor Training / Instructional Lead at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

    These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.

    Provide an USARPAC Learning Management System (LMS) application capable of enhancing the current USARPAC Basic Course (OBC) through online virtual delivery and providing a synthetic training environment to model and simulate real world USARPAC activities. Develop the USARPAC Advanced Functional Course.

    Duties:

    • - Develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs or activities to meet learning objectives, including needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments. - Determine the organization, communication, and delivery of the course content and materials and develop learning activities and demonstrations. - Develop, enhance, and/or evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content. - Create course content, training materials, visual aids, and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lectures, lab exercises, field training, CBT, and/or web-based training. - Develop exam materials and conduct testing and qualitative evaluation of participant's attainment of learning objectives. - Monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed. - Administer training programs to meet student needs, which may require post-training follow up to determine applicability of course material or training approaches.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    • Requires a Bachelors degree but will accept years of experience in lieu of degree

    • Hiring at all levels 0-20+ years

    Required Clearance:

    • Must have an active TS clearance to start work

    • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI

    Desired Skills:

    • Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires.

    • Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires.
