CACI is looking for a Training Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) who will perform instructional design tasks and instructor led classroom training for a federal agency with an SAP ERP system. The designer shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable with public speaking and virtually assisting users.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days reporting onsite in Ft. Detrick, MD and 3 days remote.
What You'll Get to Do:
Develop training materials to include course objectives, teacher guides, student guides, course materials, training manuals, distance learning tools and computer-based tools.
Develop quick reference guides and PowerPoint training materials to support training.
Consult with instructors and SMEs to determine instructional requirements, collect data, customize design proposals, and implement solutions.
Review overall program and implement revisions to ensure all training fits together in a clear and consistent manner.
Perform quality control on all instructional materials, lesson plans, and technical solutions.
Demonstrated experience working with subject matter experts to analyze and determine learning requirements, design solutions, develop engaging content, and implement and evaluate a variety of training solutions.
As needed create and update course materials to meet 508 compliance requirements.
Work with the functional and technical teams to understand their business and operational processes.
Support end user training activities both in-person and virtually as required under the guidance of the Govt. Education Coordinator and PM.
More About the Role:
Work with the diversified training teams to create intuitive e-learning, step by step, distance learning and on-site training sessions. Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.). Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products. Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Experience with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model of instructional design, or the equivalent, as well as experience and familiarity with a broad range of adult learning theories and models for evaluation of adult learning.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge developing online training and learning tools and the knowledge to be able to successfully differentiate the needs of online training from instructor-led training.
Ability to develop strategies for a variety of learning types and their delivery on a variety of platforms.
Experience developing learning content in Adobe Captivate, SAP Enable Now, uPerform, Lectora, or the equivalent.
Program evaluation experience including qualitative and quantitative analysis and data tracking.
Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.

SAP instructor Led Training (ILT) design and delivery experience including creating and maintaining Work Step Instructions and simulations.
Superior oral and written communication, grammar, and presentation skills.
Ability to work on projects both independently and collaboratively.
Sound business acumen to understand and comprehend complex business requirements and translate into enablement strategies that meet business priorities.
Relevant experience in education solutions and business transformation delivery roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Must be able to obtain a clearance level T3 (favorable public trust) or higher
Education and Experience:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5-7 years of related experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with SAP Public Sector training
Experience with SAP Enable Now or uPerform or Adobe Captiva
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Less than 10% of travel may be required

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,300-$146,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
