Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions LLC , a Chenega Professional Services ' company, is looking for a HUMINT Instructor to support part time training requirements for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Intelligence Enterprise (IE) Training Academy. The Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Intelligence (OI), Intelligence Enterprise (IE) Training Academy (IETA) provides comprehensive and consistent performance-based training to provide the CBP Intelligence Enterprise (IE) workforce with the core and technical intelligence competencies, including subject matter expertise and professional tradecraft, necessary to execute the CBP IE mission.

    IETA intelligence training prepares the IE workforce to provide timely, actionable intelligence to inform operational and policy decision-making in the border security, tactical, operational, and strategic levels across the CBP air, land, and maritime environments. IETA training facilitates the sustainment of CBP's operational advantage in countering terrorism and transnational organized crime. The IETA provides training prescribed for each identified IE career role, which are aligned to the phases of the CBP Intelligence Cycle, including planning and direction, collection, processing and exploitation, analysis and production, and dissemination. The trained IE workforce is enabled to provide CBP leaders and operators with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the border threat environment, while responding to evolving mission requirements and emerging threats. Services will be performed at the Advanced Training Center located in Harpers Ferry, WV, at designated field locations, and virtually, as required.     Responsibilities

    • Effectively present formal classroom training lectures, relate the course content to CBP operations, execute exercises, mentor students, evaluate student performance, and manage a classroom environment.

    • Help execute e-Learning training programs in synchronous, asynchronous, and blended learning modalities using the CBP learning management system and Articulate Storyline software to build CBP relevant on-line course content with knowledge checks; and in the virtual classroom, execute exercises, mentor students, evaluate student performance, and manage the learning environment.

    • Instructors, Role players, and Surveillance Role Players for each course in the contract.

    • Provide employees who will serve as administrative course support to assist with pre and post course support functions and support the broader training initiatives of the IETA.

    • Present formal classroom training lectures, relate the course content to CBP operations, execute exercises, mentor students, evaluate student performance, and manage a classroom environment.

    Qualifications

    • Must be skilled in basic-to-advanced all-source intelligence and/or collection processes related to CBP intelligence operations and germane to the thematic area of the specific course task (these can include, but are not limited to, HUMINT, processing and exploitation, targeting, DOMEX, etc.).

    • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in current, relevant intelligence methodologies and operational implementation.

    • Work independently, as well as in group settings.

    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

    • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • CBP experience preferred but not required.

    Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
