Job Description

AECOM is seeking a High School Intern to be based in Chicago, Illinois .

This position is expected to begin June 17, 2024.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• High School Intern will perform a range of assignments in support of various departments.

• The assignments are designed to further develop judgment and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.

• The tasks may involve the preparation of various reports or other documents, performing calculations, developing drawings and visual aids, presentations, participation in various meetings and events, administrative tasks, and general support.

• Interns will work under the supervision of a project manager and/or an experienced team member.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in High School.

• Must have completed one year of study.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. Driver's License preferred to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices when public transportation is not available.

Additional Information

• Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $16.00/hour - $22.00/hour.
