    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop curriculum and instructional strategies for the adoption and retention of DataRobot product and process knowledge

    • Play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of curriculum with educational standards, objectives, and desired outcomes

    • Support education and enablement initiatives set forth by the Sr. Manager of Learning Experience

    • Develop, review, and refine content in alignment with educational standards, pedagogical best practices, and the organization's goals and values

    • Modularize content creation to allow for flexibility of use across multiple audiences

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content that aligns with best educational practices and our go-to-market strategy

    • Design and implement assessment tools and processes to measure student learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum

    • Support content governance maintenance strategy to ensure content stays relevant and mirrors product and process changes in a timely fashion

    • Stay abreast of current research, trends, and best practices in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods

    • Improve and maintain the learning experience for all DataRobot learners across the learning management system(s)

    • Implement and support platform enhancements

    • Contribute to systems/operational documentation to ensure key decisions and processes are documented

    • Work with internal teams to develop reliable documentation and reporting using data from multiple sources

    • Communicate content releases to audiences via Slack, recurring newsletters, and/or webinars

    • Present to internal and external audiences regarding curriculum roadmap, onboarding to enablement platform and material, etc.

    • Develop reports to inform stakeholders of enablement progression and engagement

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Experience in a SaaS organization, working with SMEs, content developers, and internal stakeholders on education and enablement initiatives for partners, customers, and employees

    • 5+ years of experience in instructional design or adult education

    • Experience with learning management systems (Thought Industries and/or Highspot preferred)

    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Support, etc.) to drive desired educational outcomes

    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning science best practices

    • Strong knowledge of educational standards, frameworks, and assessment practices

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

    • Strong initiative and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
