    What You'll Get to Do:

    You are responsible for providing world-class, advanced Counterintelligence and security operations training to the Department of Defense and other national security stakeholder agencies within the Federal Government. You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in current disciplines of CI. You may include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

    You will provide instruction for the Counterintelligence Surveillance Course that provides DoD credentialed agents with the knowledge and skills essential for planning and conducting discreet Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism surveillance operations. Your primary position will be to serve as a Senior CI Advisor and Senior CI Instructor in matters related to day-to-day operations of DoD advanced CI training programs pertaining to CI surveillance. The program of instruction builds a solid foundation in the areas of radio procedures and communications, cellular phones, non-verbal communications, map reading, and vehicular and foot surveillance.

    More About the Role:

    • Instruct, evaluate and counsel students in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter

    • Use Instructional System Design (ISD) process to assist in the analysis, objective writing, evaluation, design, development, facilitation techniques and maintenance of course materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises

    • Engage in research and analysis to maintain subject matter currency and relevancy to contribute to the updating of course materials and documentation

    • Conduct training needs assessments and participate in course evaluations to measure the extent to which the training improved student's knowledge and performance on the job

    • Evaluate student performance using verbal and written formats in accordance with established course standards and procedures

    • Identify areas of material, methods, aids used or other elements of the training process in need of revision based on formal or informal student evaluations

    • Plan and develop internal strategies and participate in meetings to provide advice and assistance to resolve problems as needed

    • Represent the organization at training conferences and meetings at the direction and approval of the Government

    • Lead or participate in practical field exercises

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Active Top Secret/SCI is required and the ability to upgrade to a Poly.

    • Experience conducting any: Cyber CI, Surveillance, Counter Surveillance, Collections, Investigations, RDA, OFCO, UTS, TSCM

    • Graduate of JCITA, or an Intelligence Community, Federal or State Law Enforcement school equivalent

    • Formally trained in counterintelligence methods and possess a minimum of 5 years of field experience supporting counterintelligence operations.

    $64,400 - $135,100
