    As a Training Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in developing and creating engaging and effective training materials for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand training objectives and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to identify training needs and objectives.

    • Conduct research and gather information to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.

    • Develop training materials, including training manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.

    • Write clear, concise, and engaging content that effectively communicates complex concepts.

    • Organize and structure content to ensure logical flow and easy comprehension.

    • Edit and proofread training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

    • Collaborate with instructional designers to incorporate visual elements, videos, and interactive features into training materials.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training content development.

    Role Requirements

    • Proven experience as a content writer, instructional designer, or similar role.

    • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into clear and user-friendly content.

    • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

    • Proficiency in using authoring tools and learning management systems.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communications, or a related field.

    Salary

    The on-target earnings range is $83,835 - $97,200 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
