    If you are working in today's United States Intelligence Community, NOW is the time to join CACI National Security Solutions! The Intelligence Solutions Team has an immediate opportunity for a Chinese Cryptologic Training Developer in Texas.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Active TS/SCI with polygraph;

    • Minimum of five (5) years' experience coupled with related bachelor's degree. Nine (9) years' experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    • Three years' language analyst experience within the intelligence community;

    • Two years experience of applied practical experience developing, documenting and /or updating basic, intermediate, and advanced language training materials following the principles of Instructional Systems Design (ISD);

    • One year experience developing skills-based instruction to adults to include using web-based or distance learning teaching technologies, such as Centra, Blackboard, Question mark, and/or Sum Total.

    • Desired languages at this time include: Chinese or Spanish. ?

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and update language materials to mirror customer requirements;

    • Use blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, readings, case studies, and demonstrations of required skills through work related tasks;

    • Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and language level of materials;

    • Assist in prioritizing training development requirements and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training delivery;

    • Research and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific language resources for relevant, authentic language content; develop training materials to include transcription, translation, and analysis of operational, task-based exercises;

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop and document language and domain -specific training materials;

    • Employ technology, such as Adobe C5S and Adobe Premier, to develop training materials

    • Develop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives.?

    The proposed salary range for this position is

    $53,200 - $111,600
