  • Responsibilities

    The Dysrhythmia Coordinator will provide oversight for the dysrhythmia training program. Duties include serving as a subject matter expert, recruiting and mentoring dysrhythmia instructors, scheduling and teaching classes, and collaboratively managing course content. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years recent experience with cardiac monitoring required. Experience with educational programs preferred. ACLS certification preferred. Candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills. Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in New York State

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. 3-5 years as a Registered Nurse working in an acute care setting required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful completion of orientation at the unit level required. Achievement of licensure as a Registered Nurse in NYS required. Certification in Nursing Specialty or AHA Technical Certification (Instructor) required.

    Pay Range

    Pay Range: $38.70 - $50.31

    The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
