Audio-Visual Technician

Job Description

A large credit card service company is looking for an Audio-Visual Technician to support conference rooms for onsite events. These multipurpose rooms will be used for people to put on presentations (i.e. setting up a room for a VP presentation). You will lead medium to large room/location setups from start to finish, coordinate with vendors and outside technical support for events, and operate equipment in a live show setting. You will work with the sales team to clearly define the customer expectations and communicate directly with clients or assist technicians to ensure excellent customer service is provided. This is an onsite position at their Desert Ridge location.

Skills and Requirements

• 1-2 years Audio Visual experience

• High degree of demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills

• Knowledge of audio-visual equipment

• Set-up and operations with basic skills in the fields of audio,

• Video and lighting including but not limited to mixing equipment, lighting tools, cameras, microphones, projectors and video recorders, amplifiers and spotlights null
