    Essential functions (job duties):

    The Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology Program in the Department of Psychology at Wayne State University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position beginning in August of 2024. The position is targeted at either the assistant or associate level.

    Successful applicants are expected to maintain or establish an externally funded program of research. The normal teaching load is two courses per semester and involves both undergraduate and graduate instruction.

    Qualifications

    Doctoral candidates (ABD) are encouraged to apply, however a Ph.D. in I-O psychology (or closely related field) by August of 2024 is required.

However, individuals with specializations in any area of I-O psychology will be considered. Likewise, individuals with a strong background in quantitative research methods are especially encouraged to apply.
