Volly seeks an outstanding Manager of Web Analytics for a full-time opportunity in Stamford, CT. We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy individual to support Volly by analyzing digital marketing activity including web traffic, online advertising, SEM/SEO, mobile, social and other online marketing efforts. This candidate will have considerable experience with tagging and tracking, comparing data sets from multiple channels and segmenting data to achieve reports that provide business insights and identify key business-growth opportunities. Candidate must be flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess a proven ability to work independently, as well as within a team.
Responsibilities
Create and lead analytics strategy across business, sales, and development.
Create KPI report dashboards and packages for various audiences including marketing, management, and customers to help drive business decisions
Work with development teams to assure data integrity of all aspects of tracking and reporting
Utilize and own in-house analytics tools with a high degree of skill and understanding (including Omniture, CheetahMail reporting, and others)
Lead and work with various vendors for outsourced analytics (including SEM, display, and others)
Utilize analytics data to size new online targeting opportunities and work with Marketing to develop tactical plans
Develop and execute testing and optimization recommendations based on analytics for acquisition and engagement

Bachelors Degree
4+ years of experience in a data analysis function, preferably working in web analytics (including Site Catalyst, email integration, SEM, display, Tealeaf)
2+ years of experience with a/b or multi-variate website testing tool (Test and Target).
Experience in SQL and database reporting
Practical understanding of HTML, JavaScript and Flash. Experience with SAS, SQL and Access is a plus
Ability to analyze website statistical and performance data
Strong problem solving skills.
Works well under pressure and effectively handle/manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Ability to collaborate and work well with others of varying marketing and technical sophistication
Ability to make complicated ideas understandable to a broad audience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Basic knowledge of statistics and significance testing.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
