Total Rewards Specialist
Job Descriptions: The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will provide a wide variety of service-related functions across Compensation, Benefits and HRIS.
In partnership with staff and at the direction of the Director of Reward Talent, this position will perform duties such as program/project implementation, benefit processing and audits, client services and vendor liaison/review.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process and program improvement as well as proven experience in attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Assist in answering employee questions and handling employee/vendor escalations.
Perform audits and recommend remedial actions for improving processes/systems.
Design and enhance existing and future internal Sharepoint sites and ETS-customized vendor sites (such as Ceridian/Entwisen).
Manage new benefit programs and existing program roles outs, including LiveWell content, discount programs and tuition assistance.
Perform compensation analysis, variable/base compensation processing and recommendations for tactical improvements in processing.
Function as a viable member of the implementation team for new compensation module and associated process change.
Process employee actions including employee verifications, life-status events and open enrollment..
Data compilation for EEOC and other compliance reporting. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Relevant Years of Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years
Other Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical): This position requires strong communication (written and verbal) skills and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
