Test Proctor
Our Chesapeake campus is currently looking to hire a part-time Test Proctor. The Test Proctor is responsible for administering the Wonderlic SLE entrance testing to all prospective students. The Test Proctor conducts testing for all students prior to any student being enrolled at Kaplan College. The student(s) must achieve a "passing" score on the test to be admitted to the school . Adhere to all procedures relating to test administration. Position may require candidate to work evenings (until 8pm) and weekends. Accurately communicate the test outcomes to his / her manager and the admissions team. Keep current on the programs offered and continually seek to improve product knowledge. Develop / maintain weekly reporting to include statistical data reflecting the status of re-entry students. Participate in enrollment/lock-in events including but not limited to open houses, orientation, and career days. Provide all necessary information / results in timely and accurate manner. Actively participate in the training and development as needed both in a group or individually. Promptly submit required reports or assigned projects. Contribute to building a positive team spirit. Other tasks / projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree required, Bachelors Degree (or in progress) strongly preferred One to two years experience in an administrative role Proficiency with standard business applications - MS Windows, MS Office Excellent communications skills, both oral and written Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Concepts such as percentages and ratios to practical situations and spreadsheets High degree of integrity
