* The Technical Program Manager for Global Payments Technical Operations in Seattle will:
* Manage specific operational, infrastructure, and security projects which are critical to our Global Payments Operations Team
* Advocate and drive portfolio management - including portfolio status reporting, metrics, resource forecasting, capacity planning, financial analysis, and roadmap planning
* Work with business and technical teams to drive critical business initiatives
* Work to evaluate, integrate, and continually enhance operational performance with our Payments Partners
* Leverage technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to operational processes
* Design, develop, and implement appropriate tracking and reporting metrics
* Work effectively in a cross-functional environment with technical, project, and product management teams
* Own the Technical Operations relationship with key external partners
REQUIRED Qualifications
• 6+ years leading LARGE, cross-functional infrastructure projects • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Must be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills • Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives • Bachelor Degree required
Preferred Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in leading large, cross-functional, complex infrastructure projects • Demonstrated ability to lead network connectivity projects and/or datacenter infrastructure projects • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done • Experience working with payments and internet technologies is preferred • Willingness to travel on occasion, as needed
