Technical Course Developer/Trainer- Must have experience in networking

Job Description:
Infoblox is seeking an expert in technical training to develop curriculum and delivery of Infoblox Technical Training product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing a complete training curriculum encompassing beginner to advanced level courses for a variety of network products. This is a hands-on position and the candidate should have experience rapidly developing and delivering high-quality technical training content. Qualified candidates should have a solid network administration background. He/She must be an excellent communicator.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, refine, maintain, and deliver technical presentation and lab instruction. 70% courseware development, 30% training delivery.
* Train technical customers (Network Administrators & Operators), partners (Sales Engineers, Support Engineers, Professional Service Engineers, & Trainers), and internal technical employees.
* Define and execute roadmap for expanding the training curriculum
* Implement alternative delivery methods including synchronous and asynchronous distance learning
* Work with engineering, technical support, systems engineering, and technical publications to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective content
* Support third-party trainers who will be delivering Infoblox courses worldwide
* Scale Infoblox training and hands-on lab environment for virtual, online, and instructor-led delivery
Required Experience and Skills:
* 3+ years technical course development and delivery
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Willingness to travel
* Thorough understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, including IP addressing and sub-netting, static IP routing, and TCP.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with other team members
* Strong track record of timely and successful completion of company wide projects
* Ideal if familiar with Perl programming
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
