Team Leader
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and support to the front office operations and staff. The team leader will participate in all related front office duties including providing guidance and support to staff as needed. Facilitates open lines of communication with staff, business manager, medical director, health care team, patients and family. Includes Telephone Mangement, Information Management, Reconciliation of Encounters, Registration, Scheduling, Billing, Equipment Maintenance, Staff supervision and Leadership. Associates degree and three years relevant administrative experience, preferably in a medical practice setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent written/oral communication, organizational and computer skills, and supervisory experience required. Cardiology experience preferred.
