? Provides direction, development and metrics for team.
? Provides individual guidance, development and performance feedback to team members.

? Manages key cost elements e.g. overtime, departmental expenses, premium material handling.

? College Diploma (preferably in Inventory Mgmt, Supply Chain or Finance)
? Good communication and presentations skills.
? Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
? Proven ability to solve medium to complex problems.
? Previous experience with Statistics & Finance
