Study Abroad Student Support Specialist Office of International Programs Serves as the first point of contact for students and faculty involved with study abroad programs; maintains contact with international partner schools regarding student admission and transcript matters; coordinates administration of Global Perspective Inventory (GPI). Pre and Post Program participation to all study abroad participants; keeps abreast of new immigration regulations affecting students applying to study abroad and monitors the use of the Study Abroad Center library resources and resource acquisition. Bachelor's degree in International Studies, Education, Academic/Student Affairs, Social Studies or related field plus at least one year of experience in a combination of student advising, recruitment or related collegiate experience required. Experience working, studying or traveling abroad also required. Experience working with students from different cultural backgrounds preferred. Student experience will be considered. This is a temporary position anticipated to last two years. This position offers a benefits package including health and dental insurance and IPERS. Additional information provided upon request .
