Overview: The Student Finance Continuing Education Training Specialist is responsible for developing; coordinating and facilitating assigned student finance training and instructional design projects relating to the Student Finance group. The Training Specialist also assists in development and delivery of Student Finance efforts including communication, job impact assessment, training and other activities.
Responsibilities: * Works independently to develop and implement training services in a variety of formats for corporate users and campuses/centers. * Monitors and reports on the success of training programs and recommend updates and/or revisions. * Assists Student Finance Training Manager in creating and/or delivering education workshops and provide on-line training projects. * Design of curriculum of Student Finance Distance Education Courses * Assists Student Finance Training Manager in developing and delivering of communications, job impact assessments, training and other activities. * Acts as a liaison between campuses/centers and Student Finance on various projects. * Assists in facilitating off-site training, seminars or conferences for Student Finance staff. * Handles related duties as assigned.
