Sr. Software Engineer - asp .net Developer

Basic Job Purpose: Provides top level technical expertise in one or more highly specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming. Acts independently under general direction. Provides technical leadership on complex projects.

Essential Functions: 1)Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those programs. 2)Performs technical analysis and research. 3)Supports Quality Assurance and client testing. 4)Provides on-call support for production. 5)Provides estimates for enhancements. 6)Performs development, and testing for application system issues or enhancements. 7)Serves as system expert through sharing of detailed knowledge of some functional areas of the systems. 8)May serve as a technical lead and/or project manager on assigned projects. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and/or commensurate experience.

Experience: 5 + years experience in system development and support. Good working knowledge of application development and associated processes. Strong knowledge of one or more application programming languages and the associated operating platform.

Skills: -Strong analytical skills. -Good communication skills. -Effective time management skills..

Physical Activities/Working Conditions: Travel required as needed.
