Sr. Quality/M&P/Process Mgr

Key requirements of this position are the ability to understand system functionality and content to fully articulate to end user in both training content and documentation. Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast changing environment.
Contributing to the development of process and system user guide and training requirements definition, identifying training requirements, delivering training and contributing to a broad range of process team initiatives. In addition to documenting system user documentation, the position also designs and develops instructor-led and web-based training in support of newly identified opportunities within the client organization. Other duties include conducting needs analysis and other research to identify and validate training needs, making recommendations on training designs based on customer requirements, developing content and first level project management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze client training needs and work with clients to determine training/education requirements for target audience.
• Plan the design and development of training programs including selecting appropriate delivery methods and sources of content.
• Design, develop, and author appropriate training and educational course materials including instructor-led and e-learning courses.
• Attend team planning discussions and team functions in order to keep apprised of other client projects and other company developments.
• Work on internal projects, as requested, that support the development of the company or the team.
• Course design and development - analysis, design, development, delivery and/or management.
• Development and production of e-learning courseware.
• Developing courseware on a variety of subjects: courseware on highly-technical subjects, such as computer software and hardware or complex processes, is highly desired.
• Experience in working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  Recognize and have the ability to identify training opportunities for organizational, process, strategic or policy introduction as well as system development changes.
• Creatively engage business problems to help discern optimal solutions that represent the most effective way for organization goals to be met.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong ""people"" skills, including interpersonal, organizational, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute course projects.
• Experience with or working knowledge of Web-based technologies, such as Flash, HTML, and XML a definite plus.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Strong negotiation skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Four year degree in Business or Technology related fields or equivalent work experience (5 years)
• Information Technology background and/or working conceptual knowledge of: SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle, ColdFusion, Adobe, database development and platform planning
