Sr. Loss Control Consultant
Due to growth, Mesirow Financial, a diversified financial services firm founded in 1937 and headquartered in Chicago is presently hiring a Sr. Loss Control Consultant to market and consult Loss Control services and expertise to Mesirow Financial clients. Become part of the entrepreneurial spirit in which our firm was founded.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Market Risk Management and Loss Control Consulting Services to Mesirow clients and other commercial entities.
Develop consulting proposals.
Coordinate and provide consulting services.
Participate with account executives in performing risk management assessments for client and prospects.
Design, develop and coordinate risk management and loss control programs for selected Mesirow clients.
Coordinate insurance company loss control services for clients.
Facilitate communication of technical information between producers, underwriters, loss control specialists and clients.
Provide technical resource information to clients and account executives
Requirements:
If you possess the following, then you may be an ideal fit!
Bachelors degree
8+ years loss control/safety experience from a carrier, TPA or corporate environment
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel mostly locally and some out of state
