Product Assurance Point of Contact for Manufacturing Quality Issues in Production. Facilitate timely problem resolution of quality-related issues. Conduct Containment, Root Cause analysis, Corrective Action and Follow up for Quality issues. Plan and Execute Focus on Quality feedback with production employees. Coordinate Discrepant Material Control and Material Review Board processes. Monitor Quality performance via Quality metrics and action accordingly. Participate in Process Audits and Tool Proving Exercises. Lead in Process Improvement Initiatives, Product Assurance representative on Manufacturing Teams. Work In Accordance With Product Assurance Procedures and Directives. Assist Inspection and Product Compliance to ensure product meets Technical Data Package.
Electrical/Mechanical Engineer/Technician or equivalent work experience. Weld and Fabrication related training and experience. Assembly related training and experience. Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Quality Control Plans. Meets Anthropometrical Size Requirements for Confined Workspace.
