Position Summary The school will incorporate a core curriculum with the Paragon Curriculum and a magnet-like Arts and Technology focus that links core learning with multiple learning styles. Paragon engages students with hands-on exploration and reinforces core morning classes by addressing varying student learning styles. Our Staffwill work together with parents, involving them in the education of their children and forming a partnership aimed at increasing each child's academic achievement. Candidates should be experienced and skilled in: * Provides 1:1 direct support to a student within the educational setting. * Provides guidance and assistance to student in order for the student to complete assigned work. * Implement the student's Behavior Improvement Plan to foster success. Position is hourly and day to day, with daily assignment contingent on the student's attendance. Required Education/Skills · BachelorDegree in Education, Special Education, or related field. · Must meet Highly Qualified status as an Educational Aide by the state of Ohio.
