At SAP you get your chance to put your ideas into action with maximum impact. .In consultation with regional stakeholders, support the drive of the global closed-loop follow-up process, including alert definition, criteria, recipients, and format. .Develop templates and communications methods that promote the execution / adoption of the Global Customer Experience processes internally and externally. .Develop actions that encourage the participation of Account Teams in follow-up actions. .Collaborate with the Region to scale the insight-to-action activities appropriate for the Promoters and Detractors. .Support improvements in the region through ongoing education and communications. .Provide advice on continuous improvements that should be made to the insight-to-action process. .Recommend performance measures and targets for discussion with the regional coordinators. .Stay current in, and share, best practices in the area of 'voice of the customer' .Support the Global Survey Management activities related to CRM contact data maintenance. .Carry out special projects as assigned. .3+ years experience in communicating global programs. .Experience working on virtual teams / intercultural awareness. . Project management; Communications management. .Ability to lead and motivate teams and create strong, goal oriented working relationships. .Strong attention to detail and have excellent skills in analyzing information using logic, process, and creativity to address work-related issues and problems. .Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, decision-making, planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. .Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
