Loma Linda University Medical Center, located in Southern Californias Inland Empire region, is seeking an experienced Solution Services Specialist to fulfill a critical role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery in an agile development environment.
Under the supervision of the Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing business requirements and related business rules based on the customers needs. You will work closely with the business partner and the Business Subject Matter Expert(s) in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements. This includes identifying requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis.
Requirements:
We are seeking a Specialist experienced in Six Sigma/LEAN process improvement and clinical Informatics. Must be proficient with Agile and SDLC processes and have experience in conceptual and logical modeling. Requires a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college, university, or the international equivalent. Minimum five years of related progressive experience is required as well as a background in the healthcare industry across the continuum for care in an integrated delivery system model. Extensive analytical, modeling, and presentation skills are essential. Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions and market experience a must.
