Service & Parts District Manager
The Service & Parts District Manager is a revenue generating sales position responsible for a district of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Dealership Parts and Service Business. The Service & Parts District Manager is responsible for maximizing district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets in his/her district, including 30-40 dealerships. The duties of the position will be conducted within a Dealer Contact Center physically located in Lisle, Illinois.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology or related fields • 2+ years' experience in sales, retail automotive, or related fields • Willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excel in building positive working relationships, cost assessment and conflict resolution • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
