Responsibilities The Contract Manager is a functional role that conducts/coordinates the various processes around the contract. The role will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
· Overall contractual management for client account, working closely with Capgemini legal office · Interface to client for Contractual items · Participation in client governance, especially focusing on governance committees that deal with contractual items · Contract Change management oversight and execution · Interpretation and articulation of Capgemini contractual positions, working with legal · Advise account team on contract obligations (notices, process, etc) · Implementation of processes which are contractually oriented. · Interface/negotiation with other Service Providers providing services to the client
Experience · 7-10 years experience in an outsourcing environment · Advanced contract and technical knowledge · Project and relationship management or other similarly complex contractual arrangements
Skills and Certifications · Bachelor's degree · Solid skills in contract, SLA, and/or change management · Solid negotiation skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Location · The position is located in Austin, TX · Relocation assistance will not be provided
