Job Description
Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a software developer to work on healthcare applications. Duties will include designing and developing new Imaging applications and Imaging Workflow management tools. This position will be responsible for working with clinical and business experts to gather and document application requirements. The position will also be responsible for using the Application Lifecycle Management tools and adhering to development processes.
This position will work with confidential and proprietary information that requires a signed IT Employee Invention and Confidentiality Agreement upon hire.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical field -OR- four or more years of software development experience. Intermountain Healthcare verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment.
Six or more years of software development experience
Experience with Java/J2EE programming
One or more years of experience designing relational databases
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database architecture
Experience as a technical lead on enterprise-level systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a C#/.NET development environment
Experience in Oracle database architecture
Clinical imaging experience
