Job Description
•Global, Suprane brand manager will work with (and report to) the Director of Global Marketing for Suprane to accelerate global growth of the product
•Own the brand marketing plan and align it with regional needs
•Partner with regions/countries and advance the next wave of campaign materials and implement segment specific messages, including health economic data and tools where appropriate
•Support best-in-class launches in emerging markets and continuous support to regional and country partners throughout the process
•Lead efforts in meeting specific competitive challenges through clear positioning strategies, actionable and impactful tactics and comprehensive implementation plans, working closely with regional and country marketing organizations
•Develop and execute coordinated geographic expansion process
•Ensure full compliance with internal policies, guidelines and meeting legal and regulatory requirements while engaging agencies and Healthcare Professionals.
•Support broader business and portfolio strategy
Job Requirements
Education and/or Experience required:
•MBA degree required
•A minimum of 7 years total business experience, including 5 years of specialty healthcare marketing (pharmaceutical and hospital-based preferred)
•Product launch experience, and experience of developing markets
•Ability to work in a matrix environment (global, and cross-functional)
•Strong leadership skills and ability to lead diverse, global teams
•Experience directing and managing advertising agencies
•Ability to develop/maintain relationships with key customers
