SUMMARY The Senior Manager Lease Administration is responsible for leading, directing and motivating the team responsible for the delivery of Lease Administration services defined for the assigned client account. The Senior Manager role is responsible for the integrity of the client's property database, accurate and timely reporting in accordance with contractual commitments and to meet high levels of client satisfaction, the generation of rental payments and for ensuring processes and delivery meet client audit requirements. The Senior Manager manages a team including team managers and interacts with BLJC Senior Management and ensures a high standard of service excellence is maintained.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the Lease Administration team both directly and through team managers to ensure that all services delivery is provided in accordance with the standards stipulated by the client and internal quality standards - Work as the senior management single point of coordination and contact with client management with respect to supporting the account and to ensure BLJC is acting in accordance with KPI's, and other goals and objectives; - Oversee the preparation of the monthly rent-roll to ensure that the $35 million in monthly property expense is accurate and issued in accordance with the lease documentation - Responsible and accountable for the payment of invoices that total over $400 million annually - Responsible for establishing, documenting and implementing processes for the department, BLJC and the Client that ensure maximum efficiencies - Other tasks and duties
QUALIFICATIONS - Five to ten years of job-related experience - High level of integrity - Strong customer service focus - Excellent planning and organising skills - Strong negotiation skills - Strong software application skills - Effective interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
