Job Description AmazonLocal is quickly becoming a player in the emerging Daily Deals space. This new group within Amazon offers a creative, fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment where you'll be at the center of Amazon innovation.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Performance Inside Sales to build and grow a nationally focused team. The ideal candidate is an advertising sales leader with a terrific reputation for hiring and developing the best talent and launching media sales teams from the ground up. S/he will have a track record of success at driving top sales results from an isides sales perspective, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing strategic client needs/perspectives to the product organization. This sales leader will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who likely hails from a leading online firm, consumer technology firm or sophisticated interactive advertising agency. S/he will have a strong track record of developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs. S/he will be known for accurate forecasting a combination of strong relationship building and analytical sales leadership skills. S/he will thrive in past paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills.
Strategic Objectives
Develop the sales strategy, and set aggressive goals to grow key markets within which we compete.
Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Attract, hire, develope and retain top sales talent

An ability to analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve, and scope product and technical requirement
