Review of materials will begin on November 15, 2011 and continue until the position is filled.
Minimum Qualifications EdD or PhD in Mathematics Education or related field from an accredited institution with 18 graduate hours in mathematics, or PhD in mathematics from an accredited institution with 18 graduate hours in Education.
Preferred Qualifications Three (3) years teaching experience in middle or high school mathematics classes.

No ResponseTeaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in Mathematics Education; teaches evening classes. Meets with students before or after class, as well as maintains communications through email. Follows the course syllabus and uses required textbooks and assignments for the courses taught. Uses Angel course management system for posting syllabi and other course information, submission of assignments, and recording assignment grades. Records student competency scores for major assignments in LiveText for accountability and accreditation purposes. A faculty mentor will be assigned to provide information and support.
