As a part of the Technology Services Group, the Manager will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of IT solutions. The Manager will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber. The Manager will also apply project management expertise to identify, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimize cost savings for clients, and to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget by more junior team members. The Manager will also carry a yearly target for managed revenue.

Ability to travel 100% and ability to provide expertise on an SAP Blueprint through go live support to multiple SAP implementations at various sizes. Manage across multiple work streams. Coordinate training and related documentation requirements with team and provide feedback where appropriate to ensure quality delivery.
- Must be available to travel 100% - Minimum of ten years experience with SAP with a minimum of four years as a Project Manager - Experience with 5 full life cycle implementations in SAP, including full life cycle implementations as a Project Manager - Retail industry experience required - Experience with POS Data Cleansing, BOBJ Data Services, ETL Performance Tuning - Current experience with ECC 6.0 - Proven experience as a leader, leading teams of all sizes onshore and offshore - Experience managing revenue - Business Development experience - Experience with global implementations/rollouts - Extensive experience Leading/Facilitating meetings - Strong facilitation skills and strong analytical skills - Upgrade experience a plus - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
