About the Company
Travelliance (Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Research of billing disputes
- Research client, supplier and internal issues
- Auditing dispatch databases for accuracy
- Moderate and prepare for Regional Lessons Learned Calls as necessary
- Assist with recruitment and training of new team members
- Retrieve and prepare data for Dispatcher/Supervisor Reviews
- Supporting daily operational needs as assigned
- Assist with Supplier Safety Audits
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Contractual Reports
- Collecting data for team reviews (lost calls, efficiencies identified, etc.)
- Makes recommendations to Dispatch Management based on research findings
- Prepare daily operational reports for dispatch
- Maintain and update dispatch resource materials
- Prepare monthly regional reports
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED Certificate is required. An associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred, or four years of related job experience and training or equivalent of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure and software manuals and work instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate well with others.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be familiar with current software packages such as MS Office.
