Responsible for all administration, operations, and repair and installation in a specific region. Including, but not limited to profitability, customer service/satisfaction, recruiting, training, internal and external growth, maximization of asset utilization, and achieving overall company goals. Directs P&L responsibilities for regional ponsible for achieving regional installation ticipates in development of fiscal ages and develops new business opportunities and rsees hiring, training and recruiting vides daily leadership to employees within the regional ponsible for promoting installation and repair services directly to retailers and plies with management reporting and communications as vels to meet with prospective clients, customers, local service centers and attend company meetings, as ure 100% customer/consumer er duties as required. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and five plus years related experience, 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
