Job Description
Accountable for assisting Homecare to improve quality and safety through performance improvement processes, meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements, and identifying and facilitating early intervention for patient safety. Will be charged to facilitate, plan, consult, educate, reduce barriers and support managers and staff as they incorporate principles of continuous quality improvement.
This position will be required to travel and facilitate education and training in our Utah County, Central Utah and Southern Utah Homecare offices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment.)
- Five years clinical or healthcare experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience with basic computer programs (Word, Excel), statistical analysis and quality review skills
Physical Requirements
- Seeing, Hearing, Listening, Manual Dexterity
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or another clinical field
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure to practice in the State of Utah
- Two year Quality Improvement experience
- Employee Supervisory experience
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience
- Willingness and ability to travel
