We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Assessment Program in the Washington, DC office. Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator will support large test development projects across a variety of state assessment programs. This may include: . Working with project management to ensure all documentation is developed, edited and delivered in a timely fashion and within established standards; create and maintain project schedules. . Drafting help documents, FAQs, system administration manuals, and other support materials for end-customers, and ensure their timely delivery. . Becoming the information expert on the online testing system's functionality and features. . Coordinating user acceptance testing: prepare initial communications, organize feedback, and track resolution. . Liaising with the Help Desk to coordinate responses to state education and school officials. . Coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and training sessions (web based and classroom sessions). . Producing recorded training modules. . Meet with educators in the field, either in person or over the phone, to gather information related to teacher evaluation in a standardized format (i.e., worksheets). Qualifications: Education . Bachelor's degree required; additional education preferred.
Experience . 5+ years experience in online media/publishing, education technology, e-learning, assessment, user support, and/or project management required. . Experience working with web-based systems. . Prior experience in conducting end user training via multiple delivery methods (online web sessions, classroom training, recorded training, etc.) . Experience documenting software design, architecture and interfaces . Experience with web conferencing software.
Skills . High level of organization; ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/projects simultaneously. . Excellent technical and analytical/problem solving skills. . Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment. . Strong communication and presentation skills. . Positive attitude and a strong customer service focus. . Skilled in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint; In Design (or similar) experience is a plus.
