Professional Mobility Technical Project Manager

Job Qualifications:
• Responsible for development and delivery of pertinent reporting.
• Monitoring projects in the pipeline to provide accurate organizational timelines and capabilities and set appropriate customer expectation.
• Creation of documentation.
• Support the extended MSS team to achieve revenue and profitability goals, as well as implement solutions to simplify existing processes.
• Implement new innovative processes to increase efficiency and decrease cost of operations across MSS.
• Effectively manage all administrative processes project/product delivery
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of program management experience in the wireless and/or telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
• Analytical and problem solving skills. Independently applies sophisticated analysis in evaluating issues and develops new concepts, methods and techniques for cross-functional initiatives. Recognizes and pursues alternative methods.
• Excellent communication, organization, reasoning, and strategic planning skills are required.
• Guided by department goals and objectives. Exercises latitude in determining objectives and approaches to projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects of various sizes.
• Demonstrated understanding of MSS initiatives and priorities.
• Effective time management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of computer and related business applications, including MS Office.

Desired Qualifications:
• Demonstrated knowledge of wireless technology.
• Understanding of the professional services offered by AT&T and implemented by MSS.
