Responsibilities: * Develop and enhance financial planning processes, including the design of an integrated planning and forecasting process. * Manage weekly updates of accounting system (Quickbooks) * Responsible for high quality, accurate, timely and insightful financial and operational analysis and reporting. * Participate in the review of monthly actual results for reasonableness and consistency with budgets. * Develop and analyze performance metrics. * Support the company’s business development activities by analyzing growth initiatives. * Provide financial modeling and strategy design support for the growing the business. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA and/or CPA preferred * 5years+ of experience in accounting and financial analysis for a service industry, preferably online marketing. * Demonstrated knowledge of auditing, accounting and finance principles and procedures. * Ability to analyze financial/strategic impacts of business decisions. * Financial and economic modeling skills. * Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel. * Familiarity with business intelligence tools are a plus. * Results-oriented and quality-driven. * Ability to inspire trust and build and maintain successful relationships.
