Responsible for managing one or more enterprise wide organization development programs that support WellPoint's business strategies. May specialize in management development, associate development, culture development , team effectiveness or performance coaching. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Develops, coordinates and implements organization development programs that increase organization performance. Designs necessary tools and communications to support assigned program. Coordinates the development and maintenance of appropriate websites for managers and associates. Provides subject matter expertise to HR and management regarding organization development programs. Develops and manages vendor relationships. Develops and trains HR staff to become consultants regarding associates and management development.
Requirements:
Requires BA/BS degree in organization development, industrial psychology or related field; 8 years of experience in organization development consulting; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Master's degree preferred.
