As a part of the Technology Services Group, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through coding, testing and implementation of Leadership Delivery Solutions. The Senior Manager will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber. The Senior Manager will apply project management expertise to identify, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimize cost savings for clients, and to ensure that all project deliverables are created on time and within budget by more junior team members. The Senior Manager will work closely with clients to address issues and identify opportunities. The Senior Manager will also carry specific yearly managed revenue and sales targets.

The ideal candidates must have hands-on Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (Financials, Procurement, Project Accounting or HRMS) Application experience and must have a demonstrated background in leading multiple successful full life cycle EBS implementation projects.
Required Skills:
­ 10 Years of Oracle EBS implementation experience as a consultant
­ 2 years recent Oracle R12 EBS professional services/consulting industry experience
­ Experience in leading/managing complex global full life cycle implementation/upgrade projects
­ R12 Implementation/Upgrade experience
­ Five or more full life cycle EBS implementation projects as a Project Manager
­ Excellent verbal/written communications and people skills
­ Familiarity with Oracles AIM methodology and Oracle Business Accelerator tool/method
­ Superb presentation skills (samples may be required)
­ Must be an expert with MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint (must have site admin skills)
­ 4 Year/BS degree and Tier 1 Consulting experience
As a Project Manager, you will responsible for delivery of projects primarily in the Professional Services area. You will need to develop project plans, execution approach and partner with the key business users. Utilize a rigorous process of defining client requirements and project specifications. Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success.
The Project Manager must enjoy and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic culture with many challenges and opportunities. The successful candidate must have extensive experience working within IT organizations, global business structures, delivering to deadlines with the ability to prioritize projects while committed to meeting and delivering on company objectives.
Must Be Able To Perform The Following Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will also include conducting kick-off meetings to communicate individual roles and project deliverables, ensure that the project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary.
Responsible for financial monitoring of projects, issue management processes and escalating issues where necessary. Analyze reports to develop trends to help identify future opportunities and be proactive with solutions to the business. Evaluate recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments. Lead the post-implementation review evaluating project results, including client satisfaction

- A minimum of 5 years experience with client facing consulting engagements
- A minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple projects, assigning and managing work activities, meeting deadlines and developing project management reporting
- A minimum of 5 years experience working with the design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing
- A minimum of 5 full life cycle large project implementations
- A minimum of 5 years experience working with current solution configuration and process
- A minimum of 7 years in a Delivery Lead role leading a project team both onshore and offshore
- A minimum of 10 years knowledge of integration points and the order in which they must be executed
- A minimum of 10 years functional leadership experience in related solution
- Proven experience managing and leading small to large teams
- Extensive experience with management consulting or consulting services
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with top executives
- Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
- Bachelors Degree in a related area of study
- 10 years of related work experience
- MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%
